SPECIAL EVENTS FOR 2004
Kittatinny has something happening each month this season. Spend a day with our instructors learning how to paddle a kayak or canoe. Moms and Dads get a break on their special holidays and paddle for free -- or let the kids do the paddling. Explore the wildlife and wild flowers on a tour with a local naturalist, or just sit back and take in the breathtaking autumn colors of the Catskill or Pocono Mountains on a guided fall foliage tour.

TO CANOE DAYS
Instruction and full day's guided paddle trip on calm water
held on:
May 1st, June 6th, July 11th, August 1st and September 4th.

LEARN
TO KAYAK DAYS
Challenge the river one-on-one in our easy to use kayaks with
instruction and a guided river trip. Due to the popularity of
Kittatinny's Learn to Kayak Days, they will now be held
on:
May 2nd and 15th, June 19th and 26th, July 10th, 17th and 25th, August 8th, 14th and 28th, September 11th and 18th.

MOTHERS
DAY,
May 9th - OR- FATHERS
DAY, June 20th
Moms or Dads paddle for free on their day, when accompanied
by their families on a canoe or raft trip.

WILDFLOWER
AND WILDLIFE TOUR
Kittatinny's personnel will guide you to see the brilliant colors
of the flowers and meet the abundant wildlife such as Bald Eagles,
Ospreys, and Great Blue Herons, held on:
August 15th.

FALL
FOLIAGE TOURS
Discover the splendor of paddling in Autumn. Color displays
mirrored on the river's surface with waterfowl and birds of
prey to make the trip even more colorful, held on:
October 16th and October 17th and 23rd |
